Port Louis, Mauritius: It rhymes with delicious

September 16, 2017 Jim 8 Comments

Mauritius is one of those places I’ve always wanted to visit. It has not disappointed.

Nothin’ but photos of this beautiful island. One after another after another. Enjoy.

(Note: Mauritius also rhymes with pernicious, seditious, and suspicious, but those words fall a bit short in the tone-setting department.)

Mauritius pictures look amazing. Either you woke up to take them at the crack of dawn or you’re the only one’s there. Last time we were in South Africa everyone we met was heading to Mauritius on there way home to snorkel. I can see we made a big mistake not following. The water color looks like Turtle Island.

I’d kill to be able to take photos like that. Sad to say, I grabbed them all off the internet.

Love the pictures! Dodos are awesome….may be dumb, but will never out match the intelligence of Jim DeYoung….

Hello dear friends! 201 days! Are you still USA residents? Just tuned-in so I haven’t read much but you’re doing the world right. Not sure if you’re following beauty or if beauty’s following you. Fantastic itinerary for two of my favorite people. PS-your blogs are excellent travel references for future planning. XOX
