McKinney, Texas: Another one degree of separation from Bill Gates story

I told the story of my one degree of separation from Bill Gates a few months ago. Now here’s my other one degree of separation from the world’s third richest man story. I had an early advertising hero. His name was Paul Keye. As the headline above says, his last name rhymed with high. He was the creative director and a partner at a great little L.A. ad agency named Keye Donna Pearlstein. Paul was a copywriter, an absolutely terrific copywriter.
