The little town I live in has a real, old fashioned soda fountain in the only pharmacy within 80 miles and it is great. You can get a malt, a milk shake, a rootbeer float, a banana split, ice cream and the best coffee in town. But not an iced coffee like you are talking about here. They already have all the stuff needed, maybe not the chocolate flakes but that is no big deal, and it might be a great addition to their menu! The pharmacist is a good friend and if he goes for it you will have to visit Fort Sumner to see if they are doing it right. lol.
